About IN ST BARTH

A discreet real estate presence in St Barth.

Rooted in St Barth, IN ST BARTH is a real estate company specialising in villa management, rentals and sales. Established in 2021, we help owners and clients navigate the island’s property market with care, discretion and a highly personal approach.

Elise and Peter lead IN ST BARTH with a shared commitment to attentive service and a deep understanding of island life. Peter has been coming to St Barth since 1992, building a connection to the island that informs the way we work and the advice we give. Over the years, we have developed an in-depth knowledge of the local property market and its particularities.

We believe in a selective approach built around trusted relationships, tailored advice and carefully chosen properties. Rather than focusing on volume or visibility, we place discretion and the quality of each client relationship at the heart of what we do.

Whether you are looking to rent a villa, entrust your property to a management team or find a home on the island, we offer dedicated support at every step. Our aim is to make each experience straightforward, thoughtful and personal.
